Small-Group ELA

Description

Children between the ages of 5-7 have to overcome the biggest challenges in the classroom. From learning basic language skills to experiencing reading, spelling, and decoding at a higher level, these students often need a little support to understand, process, and advance in their class, skills, and love for learning. This is why Small-Group ELA was born!

Small-Group ELA is a monthly class intentionally designed to provide younger students with peer connections, skill-building, and project-based learning and support in English/Language Arts subject areas.

This class helps to strengthen skills, fills learning gaps, and offers support for students impacted by school closures and distance learning. Plus, (of course!) FUN! All students in the class will have customized curriculum and projects (created upon enrollment), and all class materials will be provided.

• Students will sign up for a monthly rate** and attend in-person sessions.
• Sessions are conducted in-person (San Diego). There is the option for virtual (Zoom) per client request.

*Due to the nature of the small-group course, enrollment is capped at 5 students per month. **Monthly commitment is required for planning purposes and material purchase/creation. Client may purchase multiple months in advance for a discount (see product dropdown options).
