5th-8th Tuesday, Study Guides and Quiz

After reading the 5th-8th Tuesdays both independently and as a class, I wanted to give my students a quiz. This time, however, I wanted a more challenging quiz, as my students had done very well on the last, multiple choice and true-false quiz.

To help prepare for the quiz, and to assist with learner development, I created a 5th-8th Study Guide for them. I counted off my students into five groups and had them work with their groups to find the answers for their given sections. When they finished their answers, we went over the guide as a class, making sure everyone had the right answers.

Their weekend homework, then, was to read the “Ninth Tuesday” and prepare for the quiz on Monday.
